Special Olympics Malta 2024 Volunteer
Special Olympics Malta is excited to announce the National Games 2024, taking place from the 12th to 15th of September at Sport Malta’s Cottonera and Marsa Sports Complexes. This event will bring together over 600 athletes with intellectual disabilities to compete in five exciting sports disciplines: Bocce, Aquatics, Table Tennis, Athletics, and Football.
We invite you to join us as a volunteer and be a part of something truly special! This is your chance to make a meaningful impact, whether by helping with event logistics, engaging directly with athletes, or contributing your unique skills. We have a variety of volunteer roles that match different interests and time commitments, so you don’t have to be present for every session—every contribution matters.

Special Olympics Malta, established in 2000 and accredited by the international body in 2006, offers year-round, professional training in 14 sports to over 450 athletes. We are committed to promoting inclusion and empowering athletes with intellectual disabilities to reach their full potential through sports and community engagement.
